Quince Trends 2024: These Are the Latest Trends You Definitely Need to See! (and yes, we added Gold quince dresses too) 🙂

Trends at the end of 2023

As 2023 draws to a close, we are increasingly asked, “What new Gold quince dresses trends do you see for 2024 Each year we see different trends and often similar trends to the previous ones, but slight deviations from the previous quinceanera trends?”

As the leader in Quince DJs in Austin and Central Texas and photo booth rentals in Austin, Texas (including Sweet 15/16, prom, fundraisers and galas), we are part of countless Quinces & Sweets and get to work with many amazing teenagers!

We also help many families plan their parties and events. We have already booked several events for 2024 and have seen some great new trends. Here are the top three quince trends we saw in late 2023 and now 2024 (we’ve also included some of the 2023 trends for reference).

New Gold quince dresses!

On most Quinces and Sweet 15’s and Sweet 16’s we usually see the more traditional pastels and brighter colors like pink, Tiffany blue, emerald green and often red. At the 2023 events, we noticed changes in these traditional colors. More and more people broke with tradition and chose new, different colors!

We saw more colors with a burgundy theme that really impressed! (Maroon/Burgundy is Jason’s favorite color by the way, but he’ll try not to be biased and objective when writing these tips haha). Dark colors have certainly found their way into many quinces at the 2023 and 2024 events.

New dress colors that are on trend, especially rose gold and charro & mariachi style quince dresses! Below are some pictures of these dresses. These dresses will definitely look great on your 2024 quince!

These colors will change again for the 2024/25 quince! What we see now are newer, fresher colors. In addition to the dark colors we love, we also see brighter, different colors! Green quinceanera dresses are making their way into the 2024 Gold quince dresses as well as the sweet 15 and sweet 16 years.

There are different variations of the green dresses, like a mint green dress, turquoise and even lime green dresses! Below you will find some examples.

Trends 2024: Royal Blue Quince Dress

Royal blue Quince dresses are also one of the new Quince trends for 2024! And if you haven’t noticed, quince dresses are also available on more than one night of quince life: the gala! As Austin’s most popular prom DJs, we offer prom DJs and photo booth rentals for many proms in Austin and Central Texas.

We see many young ladies wearing similar dresses that look like they could be a quintet, and why not? Who says you can’t wear these dresses to prom? We love it! Recycle them and look like a fabulous princess again! 🙂

Beauty and the Beast and other Disney Quince themes

We also noticed that many quince have chosen quince themes, as was the case in 2023, but we also see these as quince trends for 2024. These themes are combined with music from the theme or movie. We’ve done a lot of Beauty and the Beast themed quinces and a few Little Mermaid themed ones (even for a wedding).

Sometimes the Chambelan de Honor (quince escort) would even dress exactly like the Beast, with a Beast mask/headpiece! It was great! We also played most of the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack for the various ceremonies.

Other Quinces also talk about other Disney movie themes like Cinderella, The Little Mermaid (the court even dresses up as characters from the movie) and Frozen!

This year we have also noticed that more and more Quince, Sweet 15 and Sweet 16 are choosing to “go all out” and add as many options as possible. As already mentioned, quinces and sweets are like weddings, but for 15 and 16 year olds. We definitely get it because this is a very important once in a lifetime moment for a young girl and her family and friends!

Most quinces are planned 12-18 months in advance and offer many of the same options. We now also offer a photo booth, uplighting, personal monogramming and giant lighted marquee rental. We’ve also added giant games, glow sticks and balloons, a projector and screen (for slideshows and/or videos) and now karaoke!

Plus, many Quinces book a limo service or a party bus (who doesn’t want to arrive in style?), sparklers to walk in and out (like at a wedding) and even choreographed father-daughter dances, and now mother-daughter dances too! Things are changing and we love these new quinceanera trends and Gold quince dresses for 2024!
